Register for Experience Maranatha

How to RSVP

Thank you for taking the time to learn about the RSVP process for Experience Maranatha on Thursday, May 18 and/or Friday, May 19.

To make this a successful event, we are gathering information from two groups for two distinct purposes. More details are below. 

For Grandparents or Special Guests:

  • We are so excited to have you join us for these special days. Normally, we have guests check in at the Student Services desk, however, during Experience Maranatha, we ask guests to fill out a form in advance. It will only take a minute but will help us immensely.

  • Parents may complete the guest RSVP form on behalf of grandparents or special friends, provided they know the information requested.

For Parents:

Please read below for instructions, as each department handles this a bit differently. 

Lower School (PK-Grade 4) RSVP

  • Parents will receive communication from Lower School teachers with instructions. Since guests will be checking students out of their homeroom class, we ask that MCA parents fill out the information provided by the teacher and return the form NO LATER THAN MAY 16. 
  • Please look for these communications in your email inbox and/or take-home folders.

Upper School (Grades 5-12) RSVP

  • Middle School (Grades 5-8)
    • Grades 5 & 6:
      • Parents will receive communications from their student's teacher with instructions. Please take the time to fill out the form for your student's special guests on Friday, May 19, and return it to the teacher NO LATER THAN MAY 16.
      • Please look for these communications in your email inbox and/or take-home folders.
    • Grades 7-8:
      • For Experience Maranatha on Friday, May 19, parents please fill out this form if your student is arriving late or leaving before normal dismissal time. You will see it is very similar to the Advance Absence Form used by Student Services. 
      • It is essential that a parent fills out this form by NO LATER THAN MAY 17.
  • High School (Grades 9-12)
    • For Experience Maranatha on Friday, May 19, parents please fill out this form if your student is arriving late or leaving before normal dismissal time. You will see it is very similar to the Advance Absence Form used by Student Services.
    • It is essential that a parent fills out this form by NO LATER THAN MAY 17.
