How often will I receive surveys?
Most families receive 3-5 short pulse surveys throughout the school year spaced out so you're never overwhelmed. Some programs may send additional specific surveys to gather feedback specifically about that program.

Introducing ParentPulse: Real-Time Feedback That Drives Real Change
ParentPulse is a continuous feedback system designed specifically for schools. Instead of waiting for an annual "snapshot," we gather regular insights throughout the year allowing us to measure satisfaction trends, identify emerging concerns quickly, and celebrate what's working in real time.
Simple, Short Surveys Sent Regularly
Every week, a small portion of our parent community receives a brief survey (2-3 minutes) by text or email. Over the course of the year, every family is surveyed multiple times, giving us a complete picture of the MCA experience across all divisions and seasons.

Is my feedback really anonymous?
Individual responses are confidential. You may choose to include your name (especially for positive shout-outs), but it's never required. ParentPulse does allow MCA to reply to anonymous responses however the platform handles the interaction sent to maintain anonymity.
