Other Logistics

With so much going on, it can be hard to know when/where our guests will be able to meet up with students. Select a drop-down to learn more.

Checking In

When you arrive, please make it a point to check in.

There will be check-in stations in the LW lobby/Coffee House area. Our goal is to make this as seamless as possible.

Once checked in, each person will receive a wristband to wear throughout the day.

To make this process even quicker, register well before the event
