Academic Support & Student Success

We understand that middle school is a pivotal transition.

From structured W.I.N. (What I Need) Time to dedicated Learning Support Services, we ensure every student receives the individualized attention, intervention, and enrichment they need to thrive academically and personally.

W.I.N. Time (Grade 7–8)

Built directly into the school day, "What I Need" Time provides structured opportunities based on a student's current academic standing.

Depending on their needs, students may utilize this time for academic intervention, peer tutoring, and mandatory study hall, or enjoy privileges like club participation, choice time, and social-emotional support.

Structured Tutoring & Accountability

To help younger middle schoolers build strong habits, we offer Mandatory Tutoring sessions in coordination with teachers.

This ensures that missed assignments, incomplete assessments, or complex topics are addressed promptly before a student falls behind.

Learning Support Services (LSS)

Our LSS team partners with students and teachers to write and manage individualized student academic plans.

Services include organizational support, special class placements for math, dyslexia mini-screening and tutoring, and acting as a liaison for students receiving special education services through the Osseo school district.
