From weekly chapels to classroom instruction, students grow in biblical wisdom and character alongside their academic foundation.

At Maranatha Christian Academy, a biblical worldview is the foundation of the Lower School experience, not just an isolated subject. Our teachers intentionally connect learning to Scripture across all academic disciplines.
This comprehensive approach challenges students to think deeply and grow in discernment, ensuring they understand how their unique, God-given gifts can be used for His purposes.
In Kindergarten through Grade 4, our students engage with Summit Ministries’ Building on the Rock curriculum.
This program builds a strong foundation in Scripture by focusing on worldview formation, Bible stories, and Scripture memory.
Through practical, real-life application and classroom discussion, students learn how biblical truth directly shapes the way they think, live, and make daily choices.

Chapel is a central, vibrant part of our community where students gather for 40 minutes each week to worship, pray, and hear biblical teaching.
We actively encourage students to help lead these chapels through speaking, sharing Scripture, and delivering student-led messages.
These intentional leadership opportunities build spiritual boldness and equip students with the confidence to communicate their faith and share the Gospel.

Our Lower School team is ready to meet your family, answer your questions, and show you first hand what sets Maranatha apart.
