Back to School Night

Schedule of events for the evening of Thursday, August 20.

  • 4:50 pm: families make their way to the LW sanctuary for the General Assembly
  • *5–5:45 pm: General Assembly for Kindergarten–Grade 12 in the LW sanctuary
  • **5:45–7 pm: time for families to visit classrooms, info tables in the cafeteria, grab a treat, and mingle with other families
  • 7 pm: end of Back to School Night

Note from IT:

  • Families are able to bring their BYOD devices to the Upper School Learning Commons after the General Assembly if they'd like assistance in making sure their device(s) are all setup/signed in properly for the school year.

*Early Ed families only: bring your student to their classroom as early as 4:30 pm. Pick them up no later than 6:15 pm after the General Assembly.

**It's during this time that students will have time to put school supplies away.
