Letter to Families—August 17, 2026

Dear Senior Parents!

It's going to be a great year with these AMAZING seniors

I wanted to send a reminder about senior portraits and remembering your senior with a tribute ad in the yearbook. There are two different links that you will need to use for these two very different activities. I have attached information regarding portraits needed for both graduation and yearbook.

The photo guidelines provide more detail on formal portraits (head and shoulders) and informal photos, as well as the two "growing up" photos and group candid photos that we use in the graduation video, programs, portrait pages, and senior wills pages of the yearbook. The link is live, so no password is needed to upload and label all the photos, and then the yearbook staff will share them with the graduation committee. These all get uploaded to one link: https://photos.jostens.com/Z6M9Q3. Please see the attached guidelines.

Also, to purchase a senior tribute ad, or if you have a business you would like to advertise in the yearbook, follow this link: Recognition Ads and/or Business Ads: https://www.jostens.com/apps/jcom/router.mvc?affiliateId=1062746. This is a sweet way to celebrate your senior in the yearbook.  This is a completely different process through Jostens. Flyer and prices are attached.

The yearbook is at its lowest rate of $60. This back-to-school price is good for 25 more days, until September 11. After that, the price will go up to $65.

Finally, the company we use for school portraits is offering a mini senior photo session on picture retake day, Wednesday, October 14. Spots are available for senior portraits. We've created a link HERE for you to sign up. If more spaces are needed, reach out to me, and we can adjust for you. These sessions are free, and the only cost would be if you order pictures. A flyer is attached.
