Careers at MCA

Welcome to Maranatha

Maranatha Christian Academy is a place where the whole student is taught to. What this means is that Maranatha students aren’t just taught the necessary academics in order to succeed outside of school, but they are given the tools needed to succeed spiritually and emotionally.

At Maranatha, students are more than a number. MCA students are surrounded by teachers that do whatever it takes to see them succeed, staff whose sole mission is to make sure they feel welcome and at home, and a campus where everyone feels safe.

Our foundation here at Maranatha is built upon one thing: the rock. Our house is built upon the principles of God’s Word, with Jesus’ mission at the forefront.

Together, with your help, we are raising up champions for Christ who aren’t ashamed of who they are.

In His Service,

Deb Larson-Jarpe
Head of School

Is it work? Or fulfilling your calling?

Our staff, or better yet, our family, is a unique bunch. Yes, they are extremely qualified and masters of their craft, but they all possess special qualities—a true love for learning, fervent faith, tenacity, and most of all, a confidence God has called them to Maranatha. As a school, however, we do not simply rely on what our staff members bring, but we cultivate their talents and broaden their skill set with robust continual professional development programs.

Support. Opportunities. Growth.

One thing research tells us about teaching is that it’s highly complex and isolating at times. We are changing this narrative at Maranatha. We provide our staff members with numerous opportunities for growth, community, and development, while offering the support needed to become all that God has called them to be.
